This policy explains what personal information LDM Finance collects when you use this site or apply for finance, how we use it and your rights. This is placeholder wording for the prototype and will be finalised before launch.

What we collect
When you apply for finance or make an enquiry, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, business information and the finance you are seeking. Lenders on our panel may collect further information as part of their assessment, including credit checks, under their own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use your information only to assess and progress your finance application or respond to your enquiry. This includes matching your application to a suitable lender on our panel and contacting you about it. We do not sell your information.
Sharing with lenders
To arrange finance, we share the relevant parts of your application with lenders on our panel so they can assess it. We share only what is needed for that purpose, and only with lenders relevant to your application.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and request corrections. To do so, contact us on 03 379 0000 or at sales@ldmmotor.group.
